TPL Training for DMA Staff Rescheduled
The TPL instructor-led training course for State Operations Users from the N.C. Division of Medical Assistance (DMA) has been rescheduled for Thursday, July 31. The course will be offered in-person at the Ground Floor Training Room of the CSC facility in Raleigh and will include hands-on training. The course will be limited to 45 participants.

Course Description
Third Party Liability (TPL) for Division of Medical Assistance (DMA) staff utilizes NCTracks for data management of insurance carriers to support the TPL reclamation process and the recoveries received from carriers. NCTracks user interface screens allow users to browse, add, and update carrier data.
Course Objectives
The objective of this course is to train the participants on the use of NCTracks interface screens that allow the user to:
- Browse Carrier information
- Add new Carriers to NCTracks
- Update existing Carrier information
State Operations Users can register for the course in SkillPort. Logon to the secure NCTracks Operations Portal and click the Other tab to select "Learning Management System." Once in SkillPort, select State Operations Training in the Catalog and open the folder labeled "Instructor Led Training (ILT) On-site." The course can be found in the sub-folder based on the topic.
