Participants are encouraged to register for a session in SkillPort. Logon to the secure NCTracks Operations Portal and click the Other tab to select "Learning Management System." Once in SkillPort, select State Operations Training in the Catalog and open the folder labeled "Instructor-Led Training (ILT): On-Site." The sessions can be found in the appropriate sub-folder based on the topic. (Refer to the Quick Links on the public Operations Portal home page for detailed instructions on how to use SkillPort.)
If you do not have access to SkillPort, registration is not required.
