Training for State Users in July 2016

An instructor-led training course for State Operations Users will be offered in July 2016. The course will be taught via WebEx and can be attended remotely from any location with a telephone, computer and internet connection. The WebEx will be limited to 115 participants.

Registration is now open. Following is more information about the course, the date and time it will be offered, and instructions for how to enroll:

 

Call Center: Pega and Service Item Overview Refresher - Wednesday, July 13, 2016 from 10:00AM to 12:00PM (WebEx)

Course Overview:
This course provides an overview refresher on the use of Pega and service items. State users use Pega to access and work on service items that must be addressed by the State. Users can access Pega from the NCTracks Operations portal home page through a single sign-on process.

Course Objectives:
-Log in to Pega
-Find work and access workbaskets
-Search provider and recipient call center interaction history


 
Training Enrollment Instructions:
State Operations Users can register for the course in SkillPort.  Login to the secure NCTracks Operations Portal and click the Other tab to select "Learning Management System." Once in SkillPort, select State Operations Training in the Catalog and open the folder labeled "ILT Remote via WebEx." The course can be found in the sub-folder Call Center.
