Attention: State Operations Users January State Training Class Tomorrow

The instructor-led training course for State Operations Users in January is available via Zoom. Please note that as of Jan. 1, training will be conducted through Zoom. Individualized meeting information is noted below. Zoom courses can be attended remotely from any location with a telephone, computer and internet connection. Report2web- State Refresher Training (Zoom)

Wednesday, Jan. 27, 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 p.m.  

This course provides State users access to new and historical reports and files stored on the NCTracks server. At the end of this training, state users will be able to: 

• Log into Report2Web
• Navigate through Report2Web
• Understand versions and dates of reports
• Search and filter
• Review file formats
• Open a file
• Print and export reports

Registration Instructions

State Operations Users can register for courses in SkillPort. Logon to the secure NCTracks Operations Portal and click the “Other” tab to select “Learning Management System.” Once in SkillPort, select “State Operations Training” under “Catalog” and open the appropriate folder labeled “ILT Remote via WebEx” (although this is the sub-folder name, please note that, as previously mentioned, courses will now be conducted via Zoom and not WebEx). Refer to the Quick Links on the public Operations Portal home page for detailed instructions on how to use SkillPort.
