New Job Aid for Updating CCNC Enrollment

A new job aid, PRV242 Update Terminate CCNC_CA Enrollment, is now available in SkillPort. This job aid provides instructions to assist actively enrolled Medicaid providers with enrolling, updating information, or terminating participation in Community Care of North Carolina/Carolina Access (CCNC/CA) within NCTracks by completing a Manage Change Request (MCR).

Providers can find the job aid in SkillPort, the NCTracks Learning Management System. Logon to the secure NCTracks Provider Portal and click Provider Training to access SkillPort. Click on the link for User Guides (reference library). The job aid can be found in the sub-folder labeled Reference Documents. (Alternatively, just do a search in the Provider Training Folder for the word "terminate".)

Refer to the Provider Training page of the public Provider Portal for specific instructions on how to use SkillPort. The Provider Training page also includes a quick reference regarding Java, which is required for the use of SkillPort.
