New Job Aid Available in SkillPort for Behavioral Health Providers

Effective July 1, 2017, Local Management Entities-Managed Care Organizations (LME-MCOs) will no longer enroll new Medicaid providers. Medicaid providers requesting an initial enrollment with the LME-MCO will need to submit an enrollment application for processing through NCTracks.

For assistance, the Job Aid Enrollment Process for Behavioral Health Providers can be found by selecting the following within the secure Provider Portal:

1. Select the Provider Training icon.
2. Select The Catalog icon.
3. Select the Provider Training Folder
4. Select User Guides (reference library)
5. Select Reference Documents.
