Attention: NCTracks Trading Partners NCTracks ICD-10 Trading Partner Readiness Survey

As part of NCTracks preparations for the implementation of ICD-10, we are conducting a Trading Partner Readiness Survey. The survey is brief, only 9 questions. The link to the survey is below.
Note: This is a new survey, intended for clearinghouses, billing services, LMEs, and any providers that act as Trading Partners with NCTracks. NCTracks ICD-10 Trading Partner Readiness Survey

Please be candid in your responses. If you have not started ICD-10 preparations yet, we want to know that. The survey is completely anonymous.

Responses are requested by 6:00 p.m. Thursday, June 18.

For some Trading Partners, the survey will not apply because they do not use X12 transactions that require ICD-9 diagnosis or procedure codes. If so, you are still welcome to complete the first two questions of the survey and then it will skip to the end.

The results of the survey will be used to help us more effectively approach this important transition. Your participation is appreciated.
