Attention: Trading Partners Claim Files Rejected for TSN and Provider Enrollment in Message Center Inbox
Effective this week, letters for claim files that reject for incorrect Transmission Supplier Number (TSN), a billing NPI not being affiliated to a NCTracks Billing Agent, or claims with service dates outside of enrollment of a billing NPI will be placed in providers’ message center on NCTracks. In the past, these letters were sent to providers via US mail.
Placing the letters in providers’ message center allows providers to be notified of these rejections more timely than receiving the letters via US mail.
