Attention: All Medicaid and NC Health Choice Providers Urgent PERM Update

Medical records will be requested from selected providers this month for July, August and September 2013 claims by A+ Government Solutions on behalf of the federal Payment Error Rate Measurement (PERM) program.

The Division of Medical Assistance (DMA), Program Integrity Unit requests that all providers who receive medical records requests provide this documentation as soon as possible to A+ Government Solutions.

Important - The due dates are sooner than previously indicated. See details below.
