Issue with FQHC and RHC Claim Denials

Beginning December 21, FQHC and RHC claims have been denying for Edit 00434 (Rendering taxonomy invalid for procedure ) when billing procedure code T1015. The technical team is aware of the situation and is actively working to resolve the issue. In the meantime, if FQHC/RHC providers submit claims for T1015 without a rendering provider, the claims will not hit the edit. An update will be posted on the NCTracks Provider Portal when more information is available.
