Issue with DME Claim Denials for Taxonomy Code 332BX2000X

There is a known issue with DME claims having taxonomy code 332BX2000X-Oxygen Equipment & Supplies denying for "PROCEDURE CODE IS NOT COVERED BY THE ASSIGNED BSG FOR THE DATES OF SERVICE" and "MISSING OR INVALID ACCOMMODATION/ANCILLARY PROCEDURE OR PROCEDURE/MODIFIER COMBINATION OR NDC." The technical team is working to resolve this issue. An update will be posted to the Issues List when more information is available.
