Attention: Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) Issue Resolved - Lab Codes Denied When Rendering Provider is a PA

An issue had previously been identified in which claims with lab codes were denied with EDIT 00527 �LABORATORY SERVICES INCLUDED IN HOSPITAL REIMBURSEMENT� when the rendering provider was a Physician Assistant (PA). This issue was prevalent with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). The issue has now been resolved. Affected providers will need to resubmit the denied claims to NCTracks.
