Issue Resolved - Anesthesia Providers Billing 0 Units

An issue had previously been identified in which anesthesia providers were billing 0 units when a CRNA was present and using modifier AD, as per state policy, but the claims were denied. This issue has now been resolved. Affected providers will need to resubmit the denied claims to NCTracks.

(See link below)  The Issues List is updated at least once a week with the latest status information.  Providers can consult the Issues List to see if they are experiencing a known issue and may not need to contact the Call Center.
