Prescribing Provider Designation and DEA Requirements Coming Soon

A change is being made to the Provider Permission Matrix (PPM) to designate certain providers as prescribers. These providers will be required to provide their Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification number on the next application they complete (Initial Application, Re-verification Application, Manage Change Request or Re-enrollment Application if terminated). More information will be available on this update soon; providers are encouraged to check their email for provider updates and review the provider announcements regularly.
