Resolution of AVRS Eligibility Response Issue

The previously announced issue with the Automated Voice Response System (AVRS) (phone number 800-723-4337) involving the eligibility response not returning Prepaid Health Plans’ (PHPs’) name and number has been resolved. Providers may now call the AVRS number to receive PHP information.

Providers may also continue to use the secure provider portal or call the NCTracks Call Center (800-688-6696) for eligibility inquires.
