Providers Must Enter Only Highest Level of Education on Applications

When completing an application, providers are reminded to only make one entry under the Highest Level of Education section and to ensure that it is the highest level they have completed. For instance, if a provider had completed high school a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree, they should enter only their master’s degree under the Highest Level of Education.
