NCTracks Unable to Accept Secure or Encrypted Emails

Please note that the NCTracks Contact Center is unable to receive emails sent encrypted via secure email (such as Zixmail) to the email address NCTracksprovider@nctracks.com. Providers must send emails unencrypted when emailing NCTracks in order for the emails to be received and addressed. If the provider needs to share confidential information, they should provide their contact information for the representative to reach out to them. When responding, the representative may go over the confidential information with the provider if necessary.
