Issue with NCTracks Eyeglass Prior Approval Requests Resolved

The previously announced NCTracks Provider Portal issue involving eyeglass prior approval (PA) requests has been resolved. The portal will now accept PA requests for eyeglasses entered with only a Sphere value. Providers may discontinue using the workaround process and resume the normal PA entry process. Thank you for your patience.
