Issue with Prior Approval of Visual Aids

NCTracks is aware of an issue some providers are experiencing when attempting to submit a Visual Aid Prior Approval (PA) via the secure provider portal. An 'object reference' error message is appearing for some providers. The technical team is researching this issue and an update will be provided when available.
