Attention Nursing Home Providers: Further Information for PASRR in Hurricane Dorian

This is an update to the previous announcement regarding direction for nursing home providers during Hurricane Dorian. Effective Sep. 5, 2019 until Sep. 13, 2019, to bypass the required PASRR text field and accept Prior Approval (PA) submissions, providers should enter the numbers ‘8888’ into the PASRR number field in the NCTracks Provider Portal. This action will allow the reviewer to know that the beneficiary was impacted by the hurricane and will also allow the doctors to complete the PA.
