Delay in NCMB Active License Files Upload to NCTracks

It has come to the attention of NCTracks that the North Carolina Medical Board (NCMB) has yet to upload the September Active License files to NCTracks as of today, Sep. 18, 2019 (NCTracks typically receives these between the 3rd and the 12th of the month). NCTracks uses these files to verify provider licenses for provider enrollment.

Providers who are currently trying to enroll are unable to do so because NCTracks has not yet received the latest data from NCMB. Providers are advised to wait to attempt enrollment until this issue is resolved. The technical team is working to resolve this issue and updates will be provided as they are available.
