Reminder - Affiliation Claim Edit Change May 1

The implementation date for the Affiliation Claim Edit to change from “pay and report� to “pend� is May 1, 2017. Providers that received the EOB/edit 07025 on their Remittance Advice must submit an Abbreviated Manage Change Request (MCR) immediately to avoid claims pending.
