New Provider Permission Matrix on NCTracks Provider Portal

On July 30, 2017, the “Provider Qualifications and Requirements Checklist” on the Provider Enrollment page of the NCTracks provider portal will be replaced with the new “Provider Permission Matrix.” The new matrix provides similar information regarding the program requirements and qualifications that must be met to enroll as a N.C. Medicaid or N.C. Health Choice provider, but in a more user friendly format.

The Provider Permission Matrix is an Excel spreadsheet, which allows the user to search for a provider type or taxonomy code and filter the results to display only the information needed. The Provider Permission Matrix can be downloaded, but since the information may change, providers are encouraged to check the Provider Enrollment page for the latest version.

Instructions will be posted with the Provider Permission Matrix on July 30 to assist providers with taking advantage of the features of the new tool.
