Issue with NCTracks Receiving Faxes

NCTracks is currently aware of an issue with receiving faxes. The fax system is currently offline which means the system will only ring and not transfer through the file or the Provider gets a busy signal when sending faxes for Prior Approval. We are currently working with the vendors to get this problem solved. An update will be posted when more information is available.
