Issue With Provider Portal

Earlier today, Wednesday, December 6, several providers reported an issue with the secure Provider Portal. Providers were able to login to the portal, but when trying to utilize the tabs, such as Claims or Eligibility, the system was slow to respond. This issue is being researched and an update will be posted when more information is available.
