Issue Resolved with Pay Now button for Enrollment Fee
Some providers had reported seeing an error message when they clicked on the Upload Document link or Pay Now link (to pay the Enrollment Fee) on the Status and Management page of the secure provider portal. The issue was specific to providers using a web browser other than Firefox, such as Internet Explorer or Chrome. This issue has now been resolved.
Note: If the Pay Now and Upload Document links still do not work, the user should delete their browser cache and try again.
