The Community Alternatives Program for Children (CAP/C) 1915(c) Home and Community- Based Services (HCBS) waiver has been renewed by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The waiver renewal request is effective March 1, 2017- February 28, 2022.
