Issue with Remittance Advice (RA) Font

As noted in the September 10, 2015, announcement, the first phase of enhancements to the NCTracks Remittance Advice (RA) was to increase the size and density (darkness) of the font used in printing the RA, which is posted to the secure provider Message Center Inbox after every checkwrite. However, a software upgrade on December 12 resulted in the RA font reverting to its previous size. Consequently, RAs produced in checkwrites beginning December 15 reflect the smaller font size. The technical team is working closely with the software vendor to determine the cause of the change and how to correct it. More information will be published as soon as it is available.
