Reminder - Call Center Closed for Christmas Holiday

NCTracks will follow the State schedule in observing the Christmas holiday. The NCTracks Call Center will be closed on Friday, December 23; Monday, December 26; and Tuesday, December 27. (The Pharmacy Prior Approval Unit will be open holiday hours from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, Monday and Tuesday.)

Also, as previously announced, in keeping with the published NCTracks checkwrite schedule, there will be no checkwrite on December 27, 2016. The next checkwrite date is January 4, 2017.
