Issue with Other Payers tab on Claim Submission Using IE
An issue has been identified that occurs when keying a claim into the secure NCTracks provider portal. For providers using the browser Internet Explorer version 8, when they key the information into the Other Payers tab and then click "Save", the payer information they entered is cleared out without saving. In addition, a small yellow triangle with an exclamation point may appear in the lower left corner of the browser, indicating an error has occurred.
A resolution to the issue has been identified and is currently being tested. In the meantime, providers who key claims into the portal are encouraged to use Mozilla Firefox until the resolution has been fully tested and deployed.
