Clinical coverage criteria for Sedative Hypnotics and Immunomodulators Updated

The clinical coverage criteria for Sedative Hypnotics and Immunomodulators have been updated. Belsomra has been added to the Sedative Hypnotic clinical criteria and Otezla has been added to the clinical criteria for Immunomodulators.
