Attention: Dental Providers Issue Resolved - Claim denials for EPSDT non-covered Dental services

EPSDT claims for non-covered Dental services have been denying recently in NCTracks with EOB 02310 - PROCEDURE CODE IS NOT COVERED OR NOT ON FILE FOR DATES OF SERVICE. This issue was resolved on November 30, 2014. Affected providers can refile any EPSDT claims for non-covered Dental services that were previously denied.

NOTE: Claims for non-covered medical and adult dental services continue to deny. An update on this issue will be posted when more information is available.
