Dental Fee Schedule Doesn't Show Codes Exempt From 3 Pct Reduction

The following dental codes are exempt from the 3% rate reduction. This information is up to date in NCTracks, but the Dental Fee Schedule on the DMA website currently shows these codes with the 3% reduction.
