Reminder about ICD-10 Provider Readiness Survey

An email about the NCTracks ICD-10 Provider Readiness Survey was sent to all providers on January 20, 2015. The survey is only 7 questions and should take less than 5 minutes to complete. The deadline for responding is 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 27. The results of the survey will be used to help us more effectively approach this important transition and they will also be reported to CMS. All responses are anonymous and candor is appreciated.
