NCTracks ICD-10 Crosswalk Updated
New codes have been added to the NCTracks ICD-10 Crosswalk. (See link below)
These ICD-10 codes are the ones that will be used in NCTracks when we switch to ICD-10 on October 1. As promised, we will continually update the crosswalk. At last count, more than 193,000 ICD-10 codes appear in it. Simply enter your ICD-9 code and see the corresponding ICD-10 codes.
However, a few non-specific ICD-9 codes don’t crosswalk -- not in our crosswalk nor the one created by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
If you should enter a specific ICD-9 code and you don’t receive corresponding ICD-10 codes, let us know by emailing us at the Inbox below.
Note: There is no ICD10 impact on CPT (current procedure terminology) & HCPCS (Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System) codes.
Send your ICD-10 questions and comments to NCTracks-Questioner@dhhs.nc.gov
