Reminder of ICD-10 Provider Readiness Survey 2

This is a reminder that the NCTracks team is conducting a survey about the readiness of the provider community for the upcoming ICD-10 implementation. The survey is being conducted several times between now and October 1 to help gauge progress. This is the second iteration of the survey.

However, you do not need to have taken the last survey to complete this one. All providers are welcome to complete this survey.

If you have already completed this survey, we thank you. If not, we would appreciate your input. The deadline for responding is 6:00 p.m. on Friday, March 27.

The survey is only 8 questions and should take less than 5 minutes to complete. The results of the survey will be used to help us more effectively approach this important transition and they will also be reported to CMS. All responses are anonymous and candor is appreciated.
