Welcome to the NCTracks portal, where health care providers and recipients may obtain information about services provided by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, including the Division of Health Benefits (DHB), the Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse Services (DMH/DD/SAS), the Division of Public Health (DPH) and the Office of Rural Health (ORH). This web site is designed to make it easier for North Carolinians to interact with the NCTracks.
