AMH Tier Attestation Tool Training Reminder

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) developed the Advanced Medical Home (AMH) program as the primary vehicle for delivering local care management as the state transitions to Medicaid managed care. There are multiple AMH tiers. Providers will be grandfathered as AMH Tier 1 or Tier 2 providers. However, providers may attest to a high tier level using the AMH Tier Attestation Tool, which will be available on October 1, 2018.

An instructor-led training course is being offered via WebEx to assist providers in using the AMH Tier Attestation Tool. The next training session will be on Friday, September 21, 2018. For more information, including how to register, refer to the September 4 announcement.
