Reminder - Pharmacy PA Training Tomorrow - Slots Available

This is a reminder about the Pharmacy Prior Approval (PA) training scheduled for tomorrow, October 27. Slots are still available for the course.

Following are details on the course and instructions for how to enroll:

Tuesday, October 27 - 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - Prior Approval – Pharmacy

This course will show participants how to submit and inquire about Pharmacy Prior Approval (PA) Requests on the NCTracks Provider Portal. It will also cover Prior Approval Inquiry to check on the status of the Pharmacy PA Request.  The course is being offered in-person at the CSC facility in Raleigh. It includes hands-on training and will be limited to 45 participants.
 

 

Training Enrollment Instructions:

Providers can register for this course in SkillPort, the NCTracks Learning Management System. Logon to the secure NCTracks Provider Portal and click Provider Training to access SkillPort. Open the folder labeled Provider Computer-Based Training (CBT) and Instructor Led Training (ILT). The course can be found in the sub-folder labeled ILTs: On-site.  Refer to the Provider Training page of the public Provider Portal for specific instructions on how to use SkillPort. The Provider Training page also includes a quick reference regarding Java, which is required for the use of SkillPort.
