Attention: Trading Partners Some Trading Partners Receiving Error Accessing NCTracks
NCTracks is aware that some Trading Partners are receiving an authentication error when attempting to log in to NCTracks. This occurs because the NCID of the Trading Partner has been deactiviated by the North Carolina Identity Service. Consequently, the affected Trading Partners cannot submit or receive X12 transactions (837, 835, 270/271 etc.) We are actively working on this issue and will provide an update as soon as possible.
