NCTracks Call Center Closed for Christmas and New Year's Day Holidays

NCTracks will follow the State schedule in observing the Christmas holiday. The NCTracks Call Center will be closed on Thursday, Dec. 24; Friday, Dec. 25; and Monday, Dec. 28. The NCTracks Call Center will also be closed on Friday, Jan. 1, 2020. (The Pharmacy Prior Approval Unit will be open holiday hours from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Dec. 24-28 and Jan. 1.)

Also, as previously announced, in keeping with the published NCTracks checkwrite schedule, there will be no checkwrite on Dec. 29, 2020. The last checkwrite of the year will be on Dec. 22, 2020 and the first checkwrite of 2021 will be on Jan. 5, 2021.
