Issue Potentially Affecting Provider Claims Resolved

An issue with potential impact to provider claims was identified early by NCTracks’ technical team, allowing them to complete a fix to abate any impact to claims in the Dec. 22, 2020 checkwrite. Some affected claims may display as voided and resubmitted on providers’ remittance advice (RAs), but all claims will be adjudicated appropriately. No provider action is required.
