Attention: All Providers 2020 Veterans Day Holiday and Checkwrite Schedule

The NCTracks Call Center will be closed Wednesday, Nov. 11 in observance of the Veterans Day holiday. (The Pharmacy Prior Approval Unit will be open holiday hours from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)

In keeping with the published 2020 checkwrite schedules, there will be no effect on the NCTracks checkwrite date. However, EFT funds transfer to banks a day late (on Thursday Nov. 12 instead of Wednesday) because of the federal holiday. The posting and availability of funds to provider bank accounts will depend on the provider’s financial institution. Bank of America customers should see their payments in their accounts on the day that the EFT is processed, which will be Thursday Nov. 12, 2020. Providers who bank at other financial institutions should see payments the business day following the date that the EFT is processed, which will be Friday Nov. 13, 2020 in the afternoon. (Some may post sooner.)
