Alternate Options to AVRS Eligibility Inquiries Due to Issue

As previously announced, NCTracks is aware of an issue with the Automated Voice Response System (AVRS) (phone number 800-723-4337) involving the eligibility response not returning Prepaid Health Plans’ (PHPs’) name and number. The technical team is researching this issue and updates will be provided as available.

Providers are encouraged to use the secure provider portal or call the NCTracks Call Center (800-688-6696) for eligibility inquires at this time instead of using the AVRS. Thank you for your patience.
