Reminder: Additional Checkwrite in 2019

As a reminder, a new checkwrite date has been added to the 2019 checkwrite schedule. In keeping with the published approved NCTracks checkwrite schedule, there will be no checkwrite on December 24, 2019. However, since the first checkwrite of 2020 will occur on January 7, the State has added an additional checkwrite date (December 31, 2019) to the 2019 checkwrite schedule to reduce the time gap between checkwrites.
