Issue with Checkwrite Payment Information Not on Portal Resolved

Providers reported earlier this week they could not see their payment information for the October 30, 2018 checkwrite on the secure NCTracks provider portal. This issue was resolved yesterday. The issue did not affect EFT payments for the checkwrite.

Note that the change from DMA to DHB was implemented in NCTracks on October 28. Therefore, when the above issue is resolved, the checkwrite payment information for NC Medicaid and Health Choice will be found under DHB. For more information on the name change, refer to the September 4 announcement.
