Issue with Pay Now button for Enrollment Fee

Some providers are reporting an issue when they click on the Upload Document link or Pay Now link (to pay the Enrollment Fee) on the Status and Management page of the secure provider portal. An error message displays stating, "HTTP Status 404 - There is no Action mapped for namespace [/site/enroll] and action name [undefined] associated with context path [/providerEnrollment]" or a similar error message.

This issue is specific to providers using a web browser other than Firefox, such as Internet Explorer or Chrome. The technical team is actively working on this issue. An announcement will be posted when the issue is resolved. In the meantime, providers are encouraged to use Firefox when working on the secure provider portal. (For now, providers will only be able to pay their Enrollment Fee when using Firefox.)
