Claim Issue With NCTracks Provider Portal

Providers are currently receiving an error message when using the feature on the secure NCTracks provider portal to "Copy" a previously adjudicated claim that was submitted via the portal. Submission of brand new claims through the portal is not affected. The technical team is actively working on a resolution to this issue. More information will be posted when it is available.
