2017 Annual Provider Survey Extended
This is a reminder that it is time for the annual NCTracks provider survey. The deadline for completion of the survey has been extended to 6:00 p.m. on Monday, July 17.
The survey focuses on the aspects of NCTracks that involve direct customer interaction, such as the Call Center, Provider Relations, Training, and Communications, as well as Functional Areas, such as Pharmacy Prior Approval and Provider Enrollment. Unless otherwise noted, the time period for which this survey applies is from July 1, 2016 to present. The survey is anonymous (unless you choose to identify yourself).
The survey is for all NCTracks providers and should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. This survey is authorized by the NC Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).

A link to the survey can be found under Quick Links on the secure NCTracks Provider Portal. The results of the survey will be compiled and submitted to the State. We appreciate your participation as we strive to continue to improve our service to providers.
