Update on Claim Denials for 90471

If providers recently received a claim denial with EOB 2310 - PROCEDURE CODE IS NOT COVERED OR NOT ON FILE FOR DATES OF SERVICE for claims billed with procedure code 90471 with the EP modifier for dates of service after December 31, 2015, they should rebill the claim. There was an issue with a file update that impacted claims submitted late yesterday and early today, which has now been corrected.
